Paramahansa Yogananda’s first talk in America was given 100 years ago, at a specific time and place — but its message is eternal. As stated in that book: “It is a universal message, based not on dogmatic beliefs, but on direct insight into Reality, gained through the practice of ancient scientific techniques of meditation.” This opening class will explore the ongoing legacy of this message — and how we can implement it in our daily lives, doing our part to usher in a new, more spiritual age.
