Details

Join Yogoda Satsanga Society of India monks for kirtan (devotional chanting) from the Paramahansa Yogananda Smriti Mandir at the YSS Ranchi Ashram. The mandir stands on the spot where Paramahansa Yogananda, in 1920, had a vision of his American disciples — a divine call to begin his journey to the West to spread the universal teachings of Kriya Yoga to people of all religions, creeds, and nationalities.

This event is part of the 2021 SRF World Convocation, a free weeklong program of online classes on Paramahansa Yogananda’s “how-to-live” teachings and meditation techniques, guided meditations and kirtans, virtual pilgrimage tours to ashrams where Yogananda lived and communed with the Divine, and more.
