Each year Self–Realization Fellowship monks and nuns visit cities around the world to help fulfill the ever-growing demand for Paramahansa Yogananda's soul-liberating teachings. They conduct weekend retreats and inspirational programs that include classes on Paramahansaji's "How-to-Live" teachings, review of the SRF yoga techniques, group meditations, kirtan chanting, audio-visual presentations, and Kriya Yoga initiation ceremonies.
Lecture tours offer an introduction for newcomers to the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, and in-depth guidance in the SRF meditation techniques for Lessons students.
Member programs and regional retreats include classes on the SRF meditation techniques and provide opportunities for group meditation and satsanga (informal talks).
