Following a tradition started by Paramahansa Yogananda, Brother Chidananda sends a special message for Thanksgiving (which occurs this year on November 22 in the United States). He also reflects on the Indian holiday of Diwali (observed this year November 5–9) and its universal spiritual significance. Brother Chidananda closes his message with an invitation to join in chanting “Light the Lamp of Thy Love” with a video of a kirtan led by SRF monks.
